Fast-track assistance encourages a quick, cost-effective and safe return to work, for people with minor injuries and absences.

Managed by our Cardiff Injury Response Centre (IRC), a consultant will apply a telephone triage assessment to determine the type of intervention most appropriate to return the injured or absent person to function and work.

Desktop Services key features include a comprehensive telephone assessment, access to RIDDOR Notification, First Party Benefits, Treatment/Investigation Services, cost-effective treatment focused on a return to work and/or recovery outcome.
