The service comprises a one-off consultation to discuss certification and progress, in which an injury management consultant attends a GP's review with the injured person.

The prime advantage to the client, is that a case conference can in some instances lead to a change in medical status, allowing return to work activities to commence; instigate further investigations and or treatment provision. In consultation with the GP and the injured person, we can provide the client with a suggested care plan for the ongoing management of rehabilitation. This may encourage the individual to take a more proactive approach to their rehabilitation. Through implementation of the care plan, a return to fitness for work should ultimately be achieved.
