We're looking for Rehabilitation Field Case Managers, with a background in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy, located in the West Midlands, to join our Industry Leading Team.

The Role:

You will carry out immediate needs assessments and proactively case manage clients who often face life-changing injuries. Using your excellent communication skills, you will support your clients to identify and achieve their full potential and provide goal-focused rehabilitation with the aim of facilitating a return to work or function.
