If Corporé is billing the defendant party directly, then we only bill them for the costs we have actually incurred; there are no ‘funds left over’. The rehab costs are dealt with outside of and separate from any compensation claim.

That is the choice between you and your Case Manager and dependent on how your rehabilitation is progressing. Please expect to have a number of assessments throughout your rehabilitation as it helps our Case Managers to quantitively monitor the progress of your case.

Please feel free to contact your Case Manager whenever you need to to ask for advice or help in your rehabilitation. They are there to support you.

This is dependent on many factors and cannot be confirmed with a set timeframe. You will receive a timeframe from your Case Manager when your rehabilitation plan is reported, but this is not a set date and can change. Recovery from personal injury is not a linear process and it’s ok if changes need to be made to help you get the best possible care.

Your case will only be known by the Case Manager and instructing parties. Only following permission by you will any relevant treatment providers be informed of your injuries so that they can provide you with the best possible care. All parties will keep your case confidential and will always ask permission before sharing information, which will only be done when necessary for your recovery.

Corporé will need to obtain approval from the Defendant Insurer for the cost of the item BEFORE you purchase it. Anything you purchase without written approval from the Insurer may not be fully reimbursed.
