Digital Treatment Services

Revolutionising our case management approach

With our range of digital innovation, we can access the best possible support for our injured clients quickly and efficiently, more accurately determining their injuries and the treatment they need and provide that extra support to go alongside other parts of their rehabilitation.

We continue to identify innovative ways to support and streamline the case management process. This is to ensure the best possible outcomes can be achieved for our injured clients and their claim. Take a look at the range of digital treatment services that already support our case management process and your claim.

Digital Consent to Release

Throughout rehabilitation, the biggest priority is the security and safety of our clients. We respect their confidentiality. But to provide the best possible care, information about their injuries need to be shared with treatment providers.

With current data protection legislation, all injured parties must sign a “release of information” form.

To avoid costly delays in our clients accessing essential support, Corporé provides the option for Injured Parties to consent to information release digitally.

This initiative has turned a process that used to take several days and sometimes weeks into one that can be completed within several hours.

Phio Access

In motor whiplash claims, delays in receiving care can be costly. For the Injured Party, these delays could be detrimental to their overall optimum recovery. For the Instructing Party, it could escalate the costs of a claim and result in the wrong care being provided for the client.

That’s why Corporé uses EQL’s innovative digital application for musculoskeletal triage.

With conversational AI technology, clinical validated questions that recognise over 3000 different musculoskeletal complaints, all accessed in a handy 24/7 application, Corporé can determine the best possible treatment journey for our clients and initiate the right support.

Phio Engage

For some motor whiplash claims, immediate professional intervention is required. But sometimes the best advice is self-management. With the support of our Case Managers, and EQL’s Phio Engage, we help our clients manage their own injuries from their homes.

This tool supports clients through digital application with tailored exercise programmes, communicating via conversation AI technology and motivating through progress tracking and goal setting so Injured Parties can safely manage their injuries from the comfort of their own homes.

Physitrack

Accessing safe and clinically valid physiotherapy support couldn’t be easier with Corporé. Supplied by Physitrack, our Case Managers can motivate at-home physiotherapy self-management and ensure improved care quality.

With over 18,000 easy-to-follow exercise videos, customised home exercise programs, pain tracking and progress monitoring, our Case Managers can advise and support clients who would benefit from at-home physiotherapy support through an accessible digital application that motivates clients to achieve optimum recovery.
