We provide three main types of case management service to support a range of different injuries. These include Catastrophic, Multi-Trauma and Desktop Case Management. Within each service, we have a range of clinically qualified Case Managers able to support different injuries, from amputee rehabilitation to musculoskeletal conditions.
It is a holistic, goal-centred approach that supports every aspect of a person’s rehabilitation following their personal injury, coordinating with medical professionals, support in the community and any other care provision required to achieve the best possible outcomes for a claim.
Case Managers remain in consistent contact with Injured Parties via text and telephone to organise the interventions of their treatment. For instructing parties, Case Managers directly email and telephone to provide updates in a case and also share regular progress reports to highlight the next stages of rehabilitation based on assessments and collaborative working.
As part of our case management services, we offer specialist assessments that better inform our Case Managers about the requirements and progress of a case. You can learn more about them by going to our Case Management section in the Services section of our menu.
