Once CVs have been submitted for a role, they are screened and, where appropriate, presented for clinical review. Successful candidates are then invited for an initial, informal, telephone conversation. Those successful at the telephone stage are invited for a formal interview, and for Case Manager roles are asked to complete a brief case study. Once the case study has been submitted, a virtual interview will be conducted to talk through the case. Successful candidates at the formal interview stage, or at case study review for Case Managers, are offered the role.
