Catastrophic Case Management for Defendant Solicitors and TPAs

Managing cases for severe, life-changing injuries

If the worst should happen, having the right independent partner to rely on is key. Someone who’ll manage ongoing rehabilitation and treatment with dedication and expert knowledge to make the right decisions for a case. Someone who will navigate the challenges of the rehabilitation process so that you can focus on the claim. Someone to streamline and evolve processes to keep everything on track and on budget. Whose non-biased, independent approach will always do what’s best for the case and the injured client to work towards the best possible, optimum outcomes.

Catastrophic Case Management Services

Paediatric Case Management

In paediatric injury cases, specialist rehabilitation is needed to support both the child and their families through major incidents.

The right, age appropriate support needs to be provided and communicated effectively, with careful consideration given to how these major events can affect a child’s development and education. Paediatric rehabilitation is always provided by a clinical expert with extensive knowledge of education systems and appropriate care in the community, as well as a full understanding of treatment and rehabilitation needs of the individual child.

Acquired Brain Injury Case Management

Following an Acquired Brain Injury, Injured Parties not only have to adjust to physical changes, but also need to adapt to their emotional and behavioural changes.

This may seem like an overwhelming process, but with Corporé’s specialist case management support, individuals with brain injuries will be supported to overcome these challenges and progress their rehabilitation, one step at a time.

Our brain injury specialist Case Managers have the expertise and experience to help injured parties navigate these potentially overwhelming changes, and help them adjust to and accept characteristic changes to build the confidence to achieve optimum outcomes in their rehabilitation.

Spinal Injury Case Management

Spinal injury rehabilitation case management encompasses so much more than the treatment and rehabilitation of physical injuries. Mental recovery also plays a huge part in reaching the best possible outcome.

Our specialist Case Managers understand that a relationship must be developed with the injured party to rebuild their confidence, empower them to adjust to physical changes and provide the appropriate adaptations to achieve optimum independence.

Amputation Case Management

Rehabilitation following amputation can be a complex process. It requires the support of an expert with specialist experience in amputations to navigate the process to ensure the best possible outcomes can be achieved for both the Injured Party and the case.

But we also understand that amputation rehabilitation is a manageable, achievable process that, with the right support, can help individuals gain independence once again.

Sexual Abuse Rehabilitation Case Management

It is crucial that sexual abuse rehabilitation cases are handled with trust and sensitivity. Proper management of every case must be ensured at every stage of the process.

Our specialist Case Managers have the right training and experience to sensitively manage sexual abuse rehabilitation. With our sensitive management, physical and mental health is supported, providing survivors the safe space and help they need to regain control and independence of their lives.

Clinical Negligence

When clinical negligence occurs, you, the Defendant Solicitor, and the Injured Party need the support from a trusted third party with extensive clinical knowledge to attain the right treatment for injuries from a trusted source, and the experience to manage individuals who have lost their confidence and trust in authority organisations, helping to empower them once again.
