Digital Treatments for Insurers

Access to expert treatments at your fingertips

Our digital treatment services can be accessed anywhere – and at any time – meaning individuals actually use them.

Instead of missing out on face-to-face appointments or cancelling physiotherapy sessions that don’t quite fit in with their busy schedule, they can receive similar support from the comfort of their home. It’s better for the person trying to recover, and it’s better for the Insurer. With Corporé, everyone wins.

Why choose our digital treatment options?

Access to Experts

Digital treatments mean that the injured person can always access the right experts, not just the closest person to them. And because Corporé’s network includes thousands of experts, they can be sure of finding the most appropriate, experienced help available.

Simple and Cost Effective

If someone has to travel across the country for treatment, that’s bad for everyone. Bad for the person who needs to plan a trip when they’re not in peak condition, bad for the clinician facing last-minute cancellations, bad for the environment, and bad for the Insurer footing the bill. Digital treatments mitigate these problems, allowing individuals to access the care they need from their homes.

Instant and Informative

The biggest pain point for any Insurer during a claim is information. While you’re waiting on reports, you’re left with best-guess estimates on what’s happening. Digital treatments mean you’re updated instantly and given the information you need to make the best possible decisions at every stage of a claim.

Our Innovative Services

Digital Consent to Release

Throughout rehabilitation, the biggest priority is the security and safety of our clients. We respect their confidentiality. But to provide the best possible care, information about their injuries needs to be shared with treatment providers.

With current data protection legislation, all injured parties must sign a “release of information” form.

To avoid costly delays in our clients accessing essential support, Corporé provides the option for Injured Parties to consent to information release digitally.

This initiative has turned a process that used to take several days and sometimes weeks into one that can be completed within several hours.

Supporting Digital Treatments with the Right Psychological Support

In some major incidents, road traffic accidents or work-related injuries, physical treatment is all that’s required. In other instances, support and advice is all that’s needed in rehabilitation. But in all cases, there needs to be a consideration of the psychological impact of these accidents and injuries on the injured party.

That’s why at Corporé, we’ve developed an in-house psychological treatment services team, available at the most appropriate time. As part of our assessment process, psychological measures are considered to understand the mental wellbeing of an Injured Party. But in cases when professional support is required, at any time within a case, we have the experts available to step in and provide holistic rehabilitation support.

Access to Experts

The three experts within our team have the clinical expertise and trauma focussed experience to help provide the right support to injured parties when they need it most.

Holistic Rehabilitation Support

Now that we’re able to provide the expertise completely from Corporé’s own team, we can confidently provide a complete, holistic rehabilitation approach that helps support both psychological and physical conditions to achieve overall optimum outcomes, avoiding the risk of re-injury or chronic care, reducing costs in a claim.

Time Sensitive Support

Accessing psychological support is a critical and time sensitive process. Our Case Managers are in regular communication with our psychological treatment team, understand their workload and can introduce injured parties to the right expert in a timely manner, accessing the right psychological support as soon as appropriate in the rehabilitation process, ultimately improving outcomes and shortening the length of a claim
