We’re looking for experienced Associate Case Managers, ideally with a background in Occupational Therapy, Nursing or Physiotherapy, UK-wide, to join our industry-leading team.

An award-winning rehabilitation provider, our expert clinical Case Managers have assisted and supported individuals who have been involved in catastrophic and multi-trauma accidents, back to an optimum return to function, work and independence.
Ideally, with a background in Occupational Therapy, Nursing or Physiotherapy, you will be experienced in supporting injured clients and their families, appreciating the impact of an injury and how it can change lives.
You will carry out immediate needs assessments and proactively case manage clients who often face life-changing injuries.
Using your excellent communication skills, you will support your clients, helping them identify and achieve their full potential and provide goal-focused rehabilitation to facilitate an optimum return to work and function.
You will have the autonomy to manage your caseload and will also have access to clinical supervision with a Clinical Lead.
- A minimum of 2 years clinical experience
- Experience in leading, managing and delivering rehabilitation outcomes with goal-focused support
- Excellent communication skills
- Full, clean, UK driving licence
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge across statutory and private healthcare and rehabilitation service provision in the UK
