We’re looking for experienced Rehabilitation Case Managers with a background in Occupational Therapy, Nursing or Physiotherapy, UK-wide, to join our industry-leading team.

An award-winning rehabilitation provider, our expert clinical Case Managers have assisted and supported individuals who have been involved in catastrophic and multi-trauma accidents, back to an optimum return to function, work and independence.
You will carry out immediate needs assessments and proactively case manage clients who often face life-changing injuries.
Using your excellent communication skills, you will support your clients, helping them identify and achieve their full potential and provide goal-focused rehabilitation with the aim of facilitating an optimum return to work and function.
- A minimum of 2 years post-graduate, clinical experience
- Experience in leading, managing and delivering rehabilitation outcomes
- Full, clean, UK driving licence
- HCPC, NMC or equivalent professional registration
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge across statutory and private healthcare and rehabilitation service provision in the UK
