You are being referred to Corporé because your employer, Insurer or legal representative has chosen us to support you through your rehabilitation following your personal injury.

All treatment coordinated by Corporé is delivered by our sister company, The Treatment Network, who have a database of over 5,000 experts who have undergone clinically stringent review to ensure they provide you with the best possible service.

Ultimately, the Defendant Insurer pays, although it may be via an intermediary such as a Defendant Solicitor or Third Party Administrator (TPA). Corporé will always ensure that any costs are approved beforehand by the Insurer, and we will usually invoice the defendant parties directly, so you do not need to have the hassle of paying any bills yourself.

Alternatively, it may also be paid for via your Solicitor, out of ‘interim payments’ received from the Insurer. In this situation, Corporé will invoice your Solicitor, who will usually pay us on your behalf, again having pre-approved any rehab costs.

A team made up of qualified Nurses, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists who have developed experience in supporting people back to optimum function and quality of life. They have access to treatment and community services and coordinate all your support so that you don’t have to. All you need to focus on are your goals to returning to optimum recovery.

With your consent, your Insurer, Solicitor or Employer will share the details of your injury with Corporé. The assigned Case Manager will then review these details and make contact with you to book in either a telephone or face-to-face assessment to clarify your needs from rehabilitation. Once the assessment has taken place, a rehabilitation plan is developed that takes into consideration your needs, goals and outlines the intervention required to help you achieve optimum outcomes from your rehabilitation. Following your consent to contact all parties involved in your rehabilitation, your Case Manager will then liaise with verified and trusted treatment professionals, including your GP, to coordinate your care at the best possible time for you. Regular contact can be made with your Case Manager and progress reviews will be completed throughout rehabilitation to make sure you are receiving the right care. Once you have reached your optimum recovery, your Case Manager will complete a final discharge report, with possible provision for onward care, so that you can get back to living a fulfilled and independent life.
