Appropriate Treatment at the Earliest Opportunity
Appropriate Treatment at the Earliest Opportunity

Our case managers undertake a detailed Initial Needs Assessment which identifies all needs of the client and any potential barriers to recovery.

A bespoke programme to coordinate outcome focused rehabilitation is then created which ensures that the client is engaged in appropriate care pathways and receives treatment at the earliest opportunity through both the NHS or private providers.

Our Case Management Programme is delivered through three individual pathways ensuring that the most relevant knowledge and experience is applied to each specific case type.
